FAQ
Affiliate terms
How much do I earn?
10% of the amount the customer pays, without tax, or 15% if you are a partner affiliate. Your rate is shown in your dashboard. If we change your rate, it applies to new orders.
How long does my link work?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and pays within 30 days, the order is yours. If they click another affiliate’s link afterwards, the most recent link counts.
When do I get paid?
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer pays, once the refund period is over. We pay once a month by PayPal or bank transfer when you have at least USD $50 payable.
What does not earn a commission?
Your own purchases, refunded or cancelled orders, and orders we create by hand. Orders through fake accounts, spam or misleading promotion are cancelled and may close your account.
How should I promote TEFL Wonderland?
Honestly and clearly. Say that you are an affiliate when you share your link. Do not send spam, make claims we do not make, pretend to be TEFL Wonderland, or bid on our name in paid search ads.
Anything else?
You are an independent partner, not an employee, and you are responsible for any tax on your earnings. We may update these terms or end the program with 30 days’ notice. Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.
